Transforming Online Lending for America's Farmers

As part of the Inzovu team, we partnered with Farm Credit Services of America (FCSA) to redesign their online lending platform to better serve the next generation of America’s farmers.

How can we transform online lending for America’s farmers?

Problem

Farm Credit Services of America (FCSA) provides financing to help agricultural producers maintain and grow their farming operations. To remain competitive in an increasingly uncertain financial time and a consumer financial market that has largely digitized the customer experience, FCSA has embraced a digital transformation strategy to serve and empower customers by providing seamless access to agricultural financing, insurance and data-driven insights where, when, and how customers prefer to do business.

Sample of Work

Prior to launching FCSA’s new digital lending platform, I created and conducted a usability testing plan to ensure that the new digital platform would enable FCSA to achieve the measures of success outlined by business.

Review the presentation below for more information about my usability test findings, including usability test video clips.
